There are 3 different fuse panels on your vehicle. I'm going to guess that you are talking about the 5 amp fuse in the fuse panel under the hood in the engine compartment. The reason I say that one is because if the other 2 fuse panel # 22 fuses were blown (both 15 amp) you would have problems with wiper system. On any case it if for the heated PCV valve.
