I just recently began hesitating after I shift, before actually shifting gears. When I depress the clutch, it has normal pressure. I generally increase speed until the car attains 3500 RPM before shifting into the next gear, at which point the RPMs needed normally drop to 2500 as the next gear engages, at which point I increase speed until I'm within optimal range depending upon the conditions ( 3rd or 4th gear on city streets vs. Freeway speed in 5th gear.).
